Seduction in Soft-Shadesby ~Manjou

What's this?! Me doing something original-ish?! Woah!

I'm having a play with different techniques in line work and colouring; i even attempted proper soft shading instead of just cheating like i normally do

----

So basically this is Kaikou from Inverse M and Kitty from

's wonderful things. I did want to do a full body shot of this originally with a chibi Kaimei and Simon in the background with Simon saying something like 'So why is it i'm stuck with you? ¬_¬' or something

but i didn't do it for two reasons:
a- i can't draw dynamic enough poses
b- i can't draw chibi's

Also thinking about it it would change the whole mood of the image too

Maybe one day though.

I may even be kinda happy with pic... i know that cos i can't stop playing around with it

No promises towards productivity though

Eeek sorry dude I think I've been reading to much Segawa Manga it's like stabby death for breakfast,lunch and dinner I must have stabby death on the brain.

I can sort of see it now and I guess Kaikou's read a LOT of books she must have a very urm...'active' imagination.

This is looking awesome dude it's definately a departure from your earlier Inverse M stuff. Like Kaikou's expression she's got a real predatory energy almost verging on the sinister but maybe that's just me.

In fact at first I thought it was Kaimei then my brain warmed up and I read the comment oh and the distinct lack of scarf should have made that clear enough.

I just get the impression that poor Kitty's about to meet a messy end after Kaikou unleashes stabby death. But then again I could just have the wrong end of the stick.

Kitty looks kind of like Poison Ivy from Batman the TAS.

Anyway keep it up dude.

At least i got the predatory look down, that's the look i was going for; don't think she'll go as far as stabby death tho I think Kaikou is just being exceptionally dirty minded

First off the different techniques totally rock. It gives the picture a whole dark sense to it.
